For users who have decided to stop using our services, EggBit has introduced a self-service feature that allows users to deactivate their accounts independently.
Step 1: Access the Common Functions Page
Go to the homepage, click the profile icon in the top left corner
Then select "Security Center".
Step 2: Go to the Security Center
On the Security Center page, click on "Account Management".
After entering Account Management, click “Deleting an Account”
Then select the reason for account deactivation and click “Continue”.
Step 3: Complete Account Deactivation
After reviewing and understanding all reminders, click “Deleting Account” to complete the process.
Important Notes Before Account Deactivation
✔ Ensure that no remaining assets (cryptocurrency or fiat) are left in any of your accounts, including Spot, Futures, and Stocks.
✔ Ensure that all open positions across trading products have been closed.
After Account Deactivation
❌ You will no longer have access to trading and login functions.
❌ All authorized devices will be removed.
