How to Enhance Account Security

Eggbit officials will never ask users for passwords. Do not manage accounts with strangers. To enhance account security, please refer to the following operations.

1. Password management

It is best to set a complex and unique password with a length of at least 8 characters. It is recommended that the password contain uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers or special symbols, and there is no obvious pattern. It is best not to include your name, email address, birthday, mobile phone and other information that is easily accessible to others.
You can also enhance the security of your account by changing your password periodically. It is best to change your password completely differently each time.
In addition, never disclose your password to others, and Eggbit officials will never ask you for your password.

2. Enable Google Authentication Service

1) Use the browser on your phone or search for "Google Authenticator" or "Google Authenticator" in the app store to download and install (you can download it directly in Eggbit Security Settings-Google Authentication)

2) Open the installed software, click "+" in the upper right corner (lower right corner for Android), copy the Eggbit key and enter it

3) After adding successfully, you will get a 6-digit time-limited verification code, enter it as prompted to complete the setting

3. Beware of phishing or plagiarism of Eggbit platforms
